A graduate of Blair Academy in Blairstown, NJ, the United States Military Academy at West Point, and the University of Alabama Graduate School of Business, Mr. Beatty served 20 years in the Army, retiring as Lieutenant Colonel in 1983. That same year he joined First Hope Bank in Hope, NJ. A proven leader in the banking industry, Mr. Beatty held many positions within the NJ Bankers Association and became the Co-Chairman of the newly merged Savings League and Bankers Association in early 2009. Within the American Bankers Association he has represented New Jersey on various working Councils from 1991 to 2003. He currently serves as a member of the ABA’s Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
THOMAS A. BRACKEN

A veteran of the banking industry, Mr. Bracken assumed the leadership of the State Chamber in February 2011. Previously he had been active in the Chamber for more than 30 years and served as chairman of its Board of Directors from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Bracken has four decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry as president of TriState Capital Bank’s New Jersey operation, president & CEO of Sun Bancop, Inc., and in various executive positions with First Union Bank. In addition, he is a former chairman of the Economic Development Corporation of Trenton and a former chairman of the NJ Bankers Association.
ROBERT D. FERRIS

Mr. Ferris has an extensive international background in management consulting, with a primary focus on capital formation strategies. For more than 35 years he has advised domestic and foreign companies on matters of corporate positioning, value enhancement, governance compliance issues and public financings, as well as contests for control, forensic accounting and other crisis engagements. He is the global practice leader for investor relations and capital markets for RF/Binder, an international communications management consulting and services agency, and a member of The Ruder Finn Group of companies. Mr. Ferris started his business career in public accounting with KPMG. Among his earlier postings he was senior executive and multiple practice chair of a communications consultancy with offices in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia. .
