Mr. Cohen is director of SRIC-BI's Consumer Financial Decisions. Since 1985, he has focused exclusively on the financial services area, providing analysis of and insights into strategic planning, marketing, product design, market research, macroeconomics and competitive intelligence. In addition, Mr. Cohen as director, manages and markets all syndicated research programs including the "MacroMonitor" and the "Affluent MacroManager" among other market research services. Mr. Cohen is past president of thr New Jersey chapter of the American Association of Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) and has been a national AAPOR member since 1976.

Mr. Cummings was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer as of January 2008. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank since 2003. Prior to joining Investors Savings Bank, Mr. Cummings had a 26-year career with the independent accounting firm of KPMG LLP, where he had been partner for 14 years. Immediately prior to joining Investors Savings Bank, he was an audit partner in the Financial Services practice in the New York office and lead partner on a major commercial banking client. Mr. Cummings also worked in the New Jersey community bank practice for over 20 years.
MICHAEL M. HORN, Chairman
Federal Home Loan Bank of New York
In addition to serving as Chairman, Mr. Horn serves as Chair of the Audit Committee of the Federal Home Loan Bank. Mr. Horn is partner at McCarter & English, Attorneys-at-Law located in Newark. He represents financial institutions in both regulatory, corporate governance and litigation matters, and is Co-Chair of the firm's Subprime Mortgage Team. Prior to joining McCarter & English, he served as a member of the New Jersey State Assembly where he was a member of the Banking Committee from 1972-1974. Mr. Horn also served as Banking Commissioner from 1982-1984. In 1984 he was appointed State Treasurer.
